IO2 - Buddy System Service ModelTo ensure a well managed service specialised in offering mentoring and support to newly-arrived migrants, the project will develop a Buddy System Service Model. This instrument will be based on partners' projects and experience, and in the findings of the IO1 (evidence review final report).
Partners will engage in the development of a tool to support newly-arrived migrants' integration. All the partners must select core and supplementary features to be introduced on the tool. The Buddy System Service Model framework will include key elements and guidelines in order to build a non-formal/peer-learning methodology. Here the impact is not only the empowerment of the participants but also the replicability of the Model |
IO3 - Training course curriculaThe Buddy System Service Model, developed in IO2 to help in providing accurate mentoring will be used to design a learning course curricula targeting Integration Services Professionals and volunteers.
The course curricula will include general description of the course, intended audience, keywords, language of instruction; course of delivery; objectives; learning outcomes; description of generic and optional components of the course content, learning hours, teaching & learning methods, assessment methods. It il be available 1 pilot course in each country. |
IO4 - Integrated Service for migrants, social and multicultural dialogueCountry's work in previous IOs will be reviewed and organised to provide the instructions to Integrated Service for migrants, social and multicultural dialogue. The model will be written in a guide format, even if provide more details ( like a manual) compiling in the following chapters: -Instructions about Integrated Service for migrants, social and multicultural dialogue usage; -Evidence review findings & recommendations; -Guidelines to Buddy System application, collection & analysis & Integration Services Professionals/volunteers trainings organisation; -Policy recommendations; -Guidelines for quality standards for Integrated Service for migrants, social and multicultural dialogue in terms of providing mentoring and support; -FAQ’s and counselling & advice. |
